Facebook Competition Terms and Conditions
By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
Competition entries close for consideration at 12:00 AM AEST 30th June, 2017. A winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible applicants. An eligible applicant is an entrant who has (i) Liked the Facebook page existing at https://www.facebook.com/GeekabyteGames/ (ii) commented on the original competition post (iii) Aforementioned like status and post comment are maintained and exist upon competition entry close. The ability to deliver any physical winnings to the successful applicant is contingent on the winner's geographical location and the ability of Australia Post to ship to this location.
